Thousands of prizes up for grabs for our members

In an effort to reward those who work tirelessly to keep us all safe, healthy and supported we have just launched ‘Emergency Treats’, a campaign aimed to give back to the Blue Light community.

We are inviting members to nominate themselves and their colleagues who have gone above and beyond the call of duty and made a difference for the chance to receive a jam-packed box of treats to say ‘thank you’.

With over a 1,000 prizes up-for-grabs, members have the opportunity to choose from three Emergency Treat options: Breaktime Treats, End-of-Shift Treats or Celebration Treats.

With coffee bags and pastries, the Breaktime Treats package is perfect for that midday pick-me-up; whereas, the End-of-Shift box contains all the wind-down essentials for a relaxing post-shift breather like bubble bath, facemasks and chocolate. For those who like a party, the Celebration Box is packed with cupcakes, balloons and a choice of mini prosecco, gin and tonic, craft beer or a cocktail. As an extra-special thank you, the first few winners will have their gifts hand delivered by the Blue Light Card team.

Speaking about the Emergency Treats campaign, Tom Dalby, CEO of Blue Light Card, said:

“We know that the day-to-day workload of emergency workers can be incredibly busy, with great responsibility falling on the shoulders of those whose job it is to keep us all safe and well. We hope that launching our Emergency Treats campaign will show our appreciation to the blue light community and say a big ‘thank you’ for all the continuous hard work they do.

“A random act of kindness can make a big difference to someone’s day and goes a long way for building morale and spreading joy. Because of this, we want to invite as many members as possible to nominate friends and colleagues to receive one of our gift boxes.”

Go online here to enter yourself and your team into the Blue Light Card Emergency Treat prize draw. Simply select your chosen Emergency Treat box and enter a few details as to why you feel you and your colleagues deserves to receive a little box of joy.
