Planning a trip to London?

Planning a trip to London?

Thinking of visiting one of London\'s famous attractions? Or maybe a few? It\'s possible to do 3 in one day!

\r\n

You can get from St. Pancras Train Station to Embankment in just a few stops on the Underground. From Embankment it\'s just a short walk over the Golden Jubilee foot bridge to the London Eye, London Eye River Cruise, London Dungeons, Shrek Experience and Sea Life Centre.

\r\n

Taking the Piccadilly Line, head South to Leicester Square (2 stops) from there switch over to the Northern Line to take you to Embankment (2 stops). This journey takes around 25 minutes.

\r\n

Once you\'ve arrived on The Queen\'s Walk you will see the London Eye ahead of you. The ticket office is just opposite the Eye. In the Ticket Office there is a 4d cinematic experience before your trip on the Eye, this shows the journey of a seagull as it flies over the famous London landmark. (There are also toilets if you need them!)

\r\n

The Eye takes around 25 minutes to do a full rotation, offering panoramic views of the city. Including views of Westminster, the Shard and more. The pods are spacious with seating in the centre should you wish to take a break. Be careful as you leave the pod as the wheel continues to turn! Only stopping to allow wheelchair users to board.

\r\n

Sitting opposite the London Eye awaits the Dungeons! This attraction is a minutes’ walk from the Eye and is perfect if the weather is a little dull (which it has been lately!).

\r\n

If you fancy giving yourself and your family a good scare in the most full-on history lesson London can provide, look no further! The Dungeons experience is around 90 minutes long and takes you through the history of the Plague and the Great Fire, through to Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.

\r\n

With a water ride, incredible actors to guide you through each era and a drop ride ending the experience there truly is something for the whole family. (Bear in mind this attraction has Live actors, strobe lights and lots of jump scares! If you have a coat with you, I\'d recommend wearing it as you may get wet...)

\r\n

Under the watchful gaze of the London Eye sits the London Eye River Cruise.

\r\n

An attraction that runs at a lot slower pace to the others, offering a view of the City that can only be seen from the water.

\r\n

The River Cruise is ideal for those that wish to learn more about the history of the buildings and bridges of London with a commentary over loudspeaker provided. The tour takes you from the London Eye, East under the Millennium Bridge, London Bridge and Tower Bridge before turning around and retracing the route. It takes around 40 minutes in total.

\r\n

Seats are available both indoors and outdoors on the top deck, allowing you to enjoy the view whatever the weather.

\r\n

Wanting more? Shrek\'s Adventure and the Sea Life Centre are also situated in the same location!
