What is the Blue Light Card Loyalty Program?

The Blue Light Card Loyalty Program rewards our members for their continued support. When you make 10+ qualifying transactions in a calendar month with our participating partners, you’ll unlock a reward as a thank you!

How does it work?

Shop & Save

Use your Blue Light Card with our qualifying partners as usual.

Hit 10+ Transactions

Complete at least 10 qualifying purchases in a calendar month

Get Rewarded

Receive your reward via email in the first week of the following month.

What counts as a qualifying transaction?

A qualifying transaction occurs when you successfully redeem a Blue Light Card offer while making a purchase on one of our participating partner sites. Some key points:

You must be logged in to your Blue Light Card account for the transaction to be tracked.

Only purchases made within the reward period (calendar month) count.

In-store offers and certain non-affiliate offers (e.g. cinema Service Seats) do not qualify.

How do I know if I’ve earned a reward?

If you’ve met the 10+ qualifying transactions requirement, we’ll send you an email within 5 working days after the end of the calendar month with your electronic voucher reward.

What kind of reward will I receive?

Rewards may vary, but currently, members who qualify receive a breakfast voucher for Greggs! If you qualify multiple times in the same month, you can receive multiple rewards.

Rewards are:

Non-transferable and non-exchangeable

Subject to voucher validity and terms set by the provider

Occasionally substituted with an equal or higher-value reward if needed

What if I don’t receive my reward?

If you qualify but don’t receive your reward email:

Check your spam/junk folder

Ensure your email details are up to date in your account

Note that we’re not responsible for expired vouchers or issues caused by third-party voucher providers

Can the Loyalty Program change?

Yes! We may update or withdraw the Loyalty Program, including rewards or reward periods, with at least 30 days’ notice on our website.

What if I have a dispute about my rewards?

Our decision regarding the Loyalty Program and rewards eligibility is final and binding.

How is my data used in the Loyalty Program?
