Who am I buying from?
Youâre buying directly from Blue Light Card Ltd. We work with cinemas to offer you great savings.
How do I use my voucher?
Each cinema has slightly different steps. Just check the âHow To Useâ section on the offer page before buying. Thatâll tell you exactly how to redeem your code, whether online or in person.
Will I pay extra to book online?
Some cinemas may charge an online booking fee. Itâs a good idea to check the âHow To Useâ guide for your chosen cinema before purchasing.
When will I get my code?
Your voucher is delivered digitally and instantly itâll be ready to use as soon as you complete your purchase đż
Can I get a refund if I donât use my voucher?
Unfortunately not. Once youâve bought a voucher, we canât offer refunds or exchanges even if your plans change.
What if my screening is cancelled?
If you cancel your booking, we canât refund or replace your voucher. If the cinema cancels it, keep your cancellation email thatâll be needed if you want to request a replacement code.
