To renew, simply log in to your Blue Light Card account on the website or app, go to the 'Your Card' page, click on the "Renew" option, and complete the payment.
You can begin your renewal up toĀ 30 days beforeĀ your current card expires.
Please note: Once you start, youāll temporarily lose access to offers until your renewal is approved.
If you have everything ready, the process should only take aroundĀ 10 minutes.
Youāll be asked to confirm or update your information ā including name and job details ā in the first step of your renewal.

VisitĀ the eligibility sectionĀ to check you are eligible. During the renewal, update your employment status toĀ āRetiredāĀ so it matches your ID.
Once approved, you'll regain access to offers from theĀ next morning. Your physical card will arrive by post withinĀ 14 days.
