Who am I buying from?
You’re buying directly from Blue Light Card Ltd. We work with cinemas to offer you great savings.
How do I use my voucher?
Each cinema has slightly different steps. Just check the ‘How To Use’ section on the offer page before buying. That’ll tell you exactly how to redeem your code, whether online or in person.
Will I pay extra to book online?
Some cinemas may charge an online booking fee. It’s a good idea to check the ‘How To Use’ guide for your chosen cinema before purchasing.
When will I get my code?
Your voucher is delivered digitally and instantly it’ll be ready to use as soon as you complete your purchase 🍿
Can I get a refund if I don’t use my voucher?
Unfortunately not. Once you’ve bought a voucher, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges even if your plans change.
What if my screening is cancelled?
If you cancel your booking, we can’t refund or replace your voucher. If the cinema cancels it, keep your cancellation email that’ll be needed if you want to request a replacement code.
