No. Discounts are usually valid for online bookings only through Service Seats. Always check your Blue Light Card offer page for full terms.
Showcase charge an additional £2.50 charge per online booking.
Unfortunately not. Once you've bought and viewed your cinema voucher, we can't offer refunds or exchanges, even if your plans change. We're also unable to offer refunds for cinema vouchers (regardless of viewed status) after the 14-day cooling off period has expired
However, you can use your voucher for any eligible screening – it doesn't need to be the same one you had initially planned!
If you cancel your booking, we can’t refund or replace your voucher. If the cinema cancels it, keep your cancellation email that’ll be needed if you want to request a replacement code.
